FLEET COORDINATOR Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: CorporateReports to: Fleet Director Job Description Select's Fleet Coordinator performs administrative functions in accordance with policies determined by or in conjunction with management. This includes a wide variety of fleet related tasks ranging from coordination of asset purchases to communicating with the field and generating/distributing various reports. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Helps organize fleet activities. Adding and updating asset information to TMW template. Update transfers within all lessor systems. Create warranty work orders and generate claims with MFG's. Overflow support for work order entry. Create disposal recap for each entity. Complete truck transfers with Motive. Transfer approvals in KPA. Review Donlen nonrental maintenance invoice. TMW daily upload of license and title templates.
