Location: 9774 Calabash Ave Suite B, Fontana, CA 92335
Shift(s): Monday - Friday from 2:00pm - 10:30pm (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $22.29- $27.86 with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $22.29- $33.43. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

Fleet Maintenance Technician I will ensure all fleet trailing equipment is inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company standards and will ensure a safe working environment for all. The Must-Haves:
   High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
    1+ years or greater related experience and/or training in mechanical, automotive, and electrical equipment.
   Tractor trailer experience is required for this position
Your Mission in Motion:
   You will ensure all fleet trailing equipment is inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company standards
   You will maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to our fleet trailers
   You will use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment
   You will perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned
   You will conduct daily inspections of machinery for potential problems
   You will maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Paving your way to your success:
   You must possess the ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform job duties.
   You must utilize company tools and have the ability to purchase new tools as needed.
   You must demonstrate knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls in distribution, shipping, and sorting environments, VFDs, and electronic motors (480V).
   You must possess knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PMs (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work.
   You must have the ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints.
   You are required to have mechanical and or electrical work experience.
   You must possess knowledge of OSHA requirements.
   You must have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations, occasionally working extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
   You must have the ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis.
