Fleet Maintenance And Workshop Manager

Passenger transportation company is seeking a Fleet Maintenance and Workshop Manager for a small-sized operation.

Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of the bus fleet, mainly Volvo and Prevost units, ensuring safety, operational availability, and compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Supervise mechanical and technical work.
  • Manage workshop, tools, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate external suppliers and Volvo/Prevost dealers.
  • Control maintenance costs and budget.

Education: Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance. Knowledge: Diesel mechanics, electronic diagnostics, preventive maintenance.
