Job description

Position Title: Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Duration: 03 Months with possibility of extension

Location: Memphis, TN 38141

Shift hours:  Mon – Fri 7am-3:30pm

Job Summary:

Fleet shop environment. (tractors/trailers) direction from fleet manager.

Taking phone calls/setting up emergency road calls/ordering parts from vendors/issuing PO’s/Receiving parts from vendors/entering receipts to inventory/putting up parts on shelf.

Interacting with floor technicians on any additional needs.

Duties:

Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.

Employees with the title of Fleet Maintenance Coordinator generally provide support to the Delivery Transportation Team.

The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails, parts ordering, coordinating repairs and PM schedules, processing, tracking and reviewing invoices and expenses. They must gather, summarize data and prepare correspondence or reports.
