Professional Fleet Maintenance – Tampa & Fort Lauderdale

Join a Growing Fleet Repair Team

Professional Fleet Maintenance is a busy and rapidly growing fleet repair company looking for experienced Diesel Truck Technicians for both mobile and in-shop positions at our Tampa and Fort Lauderdale locations.

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and career-minded technicians who want long-term growth opportunities with a company that values quality work, professionalism, and teamwork.

We service light-duty, medium-duty, heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleets, and diesel equipment.

Compensation

$25 to $43 per hour
(Pay based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and fleet vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and engine systems
  • Use diagnostic software and scan tools effectively
  • Complete repair orders accurately and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers

Qualifications

  • Experience working on diesel trucks and fleet vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • CDL is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Mobile technician experience is a plus
  • ASE certifications are a plus
