LMS Coordinator Description: The LMS Coordinator will support the creation, development, and delivery of e-learning programs, as well as participate in the construction, implementation, and design of training programs. Develop and maintain Learning Management System to deliver and track training programs.

Design and develop content in authoring tools and implement into LMS System. Explore options to improve development and delivery of e-learning. Develop and maintain the Learning Mangement tools to support learning needs of the users.

Consult with business partners and department as needed for feedback and recommendations. Create images, graphics and animations as needed and format for maximum performance in the Learning Management System. LMS Coordinator Requirements: 2-year degree in Creative Design required; 4 year degree preferred.

1-2 years of Creative Design (Web Design is acceptable). Proficient in the following Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint, and Publisher. Intermediate to expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or similar software packages.

Intermediate to expert knowledge of HTML and CSS languages. Strong visual skills for development of instructional layouts. Ability to write and develop to any audience.

Ability to organize and develop content and layouts. Ability to travel when necessary. Ability to work with different business partners through the company.

Ability to organize and manage administrative functionality of a Learning Management System. Adapts and accepts change. Receptive to feedback and makes necessary changes to improve.

Excellent communication skills. Experience with authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Flash. Experience uploading SCORM and/or AICC files would be a plus.

Intermediate Web Design experience preferrred.
