Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences, team development, and operational excellence
  • Own P&L performance, labor management, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team while modeling the company’s values daily
  • Uphold and continuously strengthen the restaurant’s vibrant culture and service standards
