A&R Group is preparing to open the new Hampton Inn Gulfport in April 2026, and we are searching for a visionary, hands on General Manager to lead this flagship opening. This is a rare opportunity to build a hotel from the ground up, its culture, its team, its guest experience, and its reputation in the Gulf Coast market.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
  • Proven success in revenue management and financial performance
  • Hilton or major brand experience strongly preferred
  • High emotional intelligence and sound decision making
  • Ability to work weekends/holidays based on hotel demand
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
