Job description

Job Position: Flagging
Location: Snohomish County
Pay Rate: $19-$21.65/hr
Shift: Various shifts (5:00 am-7:00pm)
Description: Controlling traffic with signals. Typically on construction sites, school zones, etc. who use flags, paddle to direct vehicles and pedestrian traffic safely around road closures. You must be a certified flagger in Washington state. Must have vehicle and your own pole and paddle, whistle.
Duties:
  • Directing traffic.
  • Safety: Must pay attention at all times and aware of your surroundings
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Have the proper PPE: Hard hat, safety vest, steel toe boots, pole and paddle, whistle, and your original flaggers card at all times.
  • Must have a vehicle since you can go to different jobsites.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of times.
