What You'll Do:
The Fixed Assets & Inventory Management Enablement team is responsible for building, scaling, and operating the Company's fixed asset and inventory accounting functions to support a rapidly growing business. The team plays a critical role in maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring audit and operational readiness, and enabling scalable accounting processes across the organization.
About the role:
  • The Director, Operations Accounting Enablement - Fixed Assets will own the strategy, leadership, and scaling of the Company's fixed asset and inventory accounting functions. This role is central to strengthening financial controls, ensuring audit readiness, and enabling operational scalability as the business continues to grow.
  • The Director will serve as a key partner to Operations, hookup Supply Chain, FP&A, IT, and external auditors, driving the design and implementation of best-in-class accounting processes, systems, and governance frameworks. This role requires a strong blend of technical accounting expertise, process and systems enablement, and cross-functional leadership to support a rapidly evolving organization.

Who You Are:
Accounting, Controls & Systems Leadership
  • Progressive accounting experience including senior leadership roles overseeing fixed assets and/or inventory accounting in high-value or complex environments.
  • Deep ownership of inventory accounting with strong knowledge of inventory management systems and relevant US GAAP.
  • Proven design and operation of SOX-compliant controls over fixed assets and inventory, with a track record of clean audits and year-over-year reduction in audit findings.
  • Experience establishing capital expenditure approval, tracking, and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Hands-on leadership of ERP implementations or major upgrades (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), impacting fixed assets, inventory, and capital project accounting.
  • Ownership of system integrations between accounting, operational, and asset management platforms, including documentation of end-to-end workflows and policies.
  • Direct accountability for leading the transformation of the asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and IT, driving measurable improvements such as faster close timelines.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, or hardware-intensive operations.

Preferred: (if applicable)
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and external reporting requirements.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • CPA and/or public accounting background

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $220,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
