Selling pre-owned vehicles requires agility, a deep understanding of diverse inventory, and relentless follow-up. We run a highly structured floor where execution and discipline are rewarded. Responsibilities
  • Inventory Agility: Stay constantly updated on a fast-moving, diverse inventory of pre-owned makes and models to perfectly match customers with the right vehicle.
  • High-Velocity Sales: Drive daily volume by leveraging our inbound phone up log and maximizing every walk-in opportunity.
  • Structured Negotiation: Utilize our mandatory deal review process and showroom penciling protocols to build value and hold gross profit on pre-owned units.
  • Pipeline Building: Execute daily follow-up habits, focusing on the specific lead measures that generate consistent appointments.
  • Seamless Handoff: Work closely with the sales desk and F&I to ensure swift, accurate deal processing.

  • Energy and Excitement: A systems-driven professional who attacks the daily unit production calendar with urgency.
  • Even-Keeled Mindset: A salesperson who doesn't get rattled by objections or challenges, utilizing neutral thinking to find solutions and close deals.
