What You’ll Do
  • Run Mastermind Logistics – Schedule group calls, send reminders, track action items, and keep every member on point.

  • Front-Line Client Care – Answer calls, emails, and Zoom chats the same day with warmth and clarity.

  • Event Coordination – Prep agendas, vendors, travel, and swag for US & UK events; be onsite to ensure a wow-factor experience.

  • Office & Admin Support – Keep documents, supplies, and vendor relationships organized so the team can fly.

  • Recruitment Assist – Source candidates, book interviews, and help run monthly group interview sessions.

  • Cross-Team Task Management – Drive projects in Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Zoom—never miss a deadline.
