Service Manager | New Honda Dealership Opening – Maryland (2027)

Lead the launch of a brand-new Honda service department! We’re seeking an experienced Service Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.

  • Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays
Requirements:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven track record of driving performance and results

Preferred:

  • Honda or import dealership experience
  • CDK or similar DMS experience
  • Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs
