Job Description:
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Join team of up to 15 to do enhancements and automation to the technology of PIMCO's financial "Pricing application" that are centered around the Trade Desk/ securities industry. (Specifically in the Fixed Income instruments, Derivatives and Equity lines) Knowledge of this Industry is MANADATORY. Seeking a talented, seasoned & Technical Business Systems Analyst. Good understanding of the securities industry needed.
NON NEGOTIABLES/ MUST HAVE's: STRENGTHS in the following areas:
โ€ข Essential requirements are: At least 5+ years of strong "Technical Business Systems Analysis " experience
Good knowledge in Capital Markets - preferably strong functional experience/knowledge in Fixed Income (focus on SWAPS & Derivatives would be a huge plus)
โ€ข Strong Technical BSA skills like - Functional-spec, BUAT(Acceptance testing), Test cases, Use-cases etc.
Strong communication & documentation skills
Strong exposure to SDLC
Strong Database SQL skills - Querying skills (inner outer joins etc) (Relational Database - RDBMS)
Experience working on Unix and Windows platforms- need someone that can poke around within a database, potentially poke around within a Unix environment like done a little production support where they needed to open log files.
