Position Overview
We are seeking an architecture-driven Technical Lead / Solutions Architect to drive the delivery, remediation, and resiliency of our TRACE reporting and compliance platforms. Working closely with the PPT team, you will act as the technical bridge between business requirements and infrastructure execution.
This role requires a blend of deep financial domain knowledge (Fixed Income, Compliance) and hands-on technical acumen (Java, Snowflake, Systems Architecture) to eliminate system vulnerabilities and support critical BAU items.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define business requirements (BRDs), oversee functionality testing, and implement end-to-end solutions for TRACE reporting.
  • Lead the strategy to remediate the single instance for PSI and engineer high-availability, resilient solutions on current infrastructure.
  • Manage the PM scope and technical delivery for dedicated Ardia / ARDA instances.
  • Oversee architectural data flows, Snowflake warehousing, Low-Latency Messaging (LBM), and 3rd-party system integrations.
  • Handle critical operational items including Active Directory integrations and Parameter Store management.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Domain Expertise: Strong background in Fixed Income and compliance regulations. Experience with Securitized Products or non-liquid markets is highly preferred.
  • Technical Background: Previous hands-on Java coding experience with the ability to navigate complex codebases.
  • Proven experience with Snowflake, data flow architecture, and LBM.
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory integrations and Parameter Store management.
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience within the Santander Group ecosystem is a definite plus.
