Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Write and manage repair orders efficiently
  • Build estimates and recommend maintenance/services
  • Communicate repair status updates consistently
  • Review and present MPI findings
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the repair process
  • Monitor and manage open repair orders
  • Work closely with technicians and parts department to maximize efficiency
  • Maintain high CSI and follow dealership processes

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience REQUIRED
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, Dealertrack, or other DMS experience preferred
