As an Associate Director, you will be an integral part of a high-performing sales team helping accelerate growth for the firm. You will work closely with experienced external and internal Sales Directors and have direct engagement with WestEnd's investment team, giving you the context and confidence to drive meaningful conversations with financial advisors across multiple channels.You Will:
  • Proactively engage in outbound activities to develop sales pipeline, deepen existing advisor relationships, and close new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed defined activity metrics and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis via virtual presentation webinars and client meetings.
  • Work together with Directors (external sales) on territory management, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with other Associate Directors (internal sales) to drive and execute sales campaigns to capture new growth opportunities across partner firms.
  • Respond to advisor inquiries with timely information on investment strategies and market positioning.
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of work-related experience. Preferably in sales, brokerage or asset management with familiarity with SMAs, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and/or Direct Indexing strategies.
  • Highly motivated and results driven with effective sales communication skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment with strong relationship building and a willingness to collaborate.
  • Detail oriented with effective time management, organization, and a focus on constant execution.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 & 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Target Compensation:The target base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
