As a Financial Analyst I, you will :
  • Assist in audit process
  • Review/audit quarterly fixed assesses for additions, true-ups, retirements, and overall maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
  • Monthly balance of inventories - board, WIP, FG, supplies, and intercompany charges
  • Assist with physical inventory of FG, WIP, Board, supplies, and Company Assets
  • Inventory monitoring - monitors raw materials and finished goods and reports on the findings to Finance manager and or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review/audit quarterly fixed assesses for additions, true-ups, retirements, and overall maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
  • Monthly balance of inventories - board, WIP, FG, supplies, and intercompany charges
  • Assist with physical inventory of FG, WIP, Board, supplies, and Company Assets
  • Inventory monitoring - monitors raw materials and finished goods and reports on the findings to Finance manager and or General Manager
  • Assist with month end consolidation process
  • Coordinate with the various corporate departments to provide monthly financial information, as necessary
  • Review and problem solve discrepancies in the month end reporting
  • Assist with working capital for the plant and provide any necessary information to the Finance Manager or General Manager
  • Collaborate with other departments on creating pipeline of Margin Enhancement projects
  • Assist department managers with data input and monthly reports
  • Process improvement, monthly KPI reporting and consolidation tool implementation
  • Analyze financials for significant fluctuations and proper reporting presentations
  • Collaborate with AP/AR and production to correct errors, ensure proper timing, and application of revenue recognition rules, and approve AP monthly accrual
  • Review and analyze job costing reports and reports on variances.

Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of GL
  • Detail oriented & strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer application (MS Office, Advanced Excel).
  • Review/audit quarterly fixed assesses for additions, true-ups, retirements, and overall maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
  • Monthly balance of inventories - board, WIP, FG, supplies, and intercompany charges
  • Inventory monitoring - monitors raw materials and finished goods and reports on the findings to Finance manager and or General Manager

Schedule: 7:30 am- 4:00 pm

Payrate Range in Between - $30.00- $33.50/hour
