Job description

We are looking for a Fixed Asset Analyst/Senior Accountant to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing:
While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting and reporting of the company's fixed assets while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Working closely with the Finance team, you will prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, assist with month-end close activities, and complete fixed asset-related tax filings. You will also develop and analyze KPI reports, provide ad hoc reporting for management and executives, and support special projects as needed. For the full job description click here.

What you bring to the table:
Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience, including fixed asset accounting, and a strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation. The successful candidate will have experience preparing balance sheet account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial analysis, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is required.

This position is full-time.
The position is a hybrid remote work opportunity, and we have a casual attire environment.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to support month-end close activities and special projects.
