Job description

Learn & use Fishbowl Inventory to track WO's and pick parts

Learn & use the CableEye cable tester

Use Balanceworx internal test processes

Tear down, evaluate, and rebuild customers assemblies

Manufacture new assemblies both electrical and mechanical

Help drive continuous process /documentation improvements once fully trained

  • Mechanical assembly
  • Use of both hand operated and pneumatic crimping equipment
  • Soldering
  • Digital Multi-meter to test and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems
  • Use of torque wrench during assembly of critical bolts and fasteners
  • Use of solvent tank to clean grease and residue from used parts
  • Use of Ultrasonic tank with chemical
  • Use of bead blaster to clean parts
  • General cutting tools – Grinders, Dremel, hand drills
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in a number of software applications including.
