Window Cleaning Technician I
Fish Window Cleaning dba (Pine Tar Industries, LLC) is hiring dependable and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training.  
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, performance-based earning opportunities, a Monday through Friday schedule, and room for growth. We work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Base pay is starting at $17.75/hour plus bonus & commission 
-Paid training 
-Medical insurance (for full time employees) 
Responsibilities:
-Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services with some residential 
-Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely 
-Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally 
-Maintain equipment tools, and vehicles in clean working condition 
-Follow company safety procedures and job-site expectations 
-Communicate professionally with customers and team members 
-Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities while on-site
Requirements:
-Valid California driver's license
-Clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle's insurance requirements 
-Reliable personable vehicle 
-Current automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirements 
-Reliable transportation to and from work 
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds 
-Ability to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditions 
-Strong attendance and punctuality 
-Professional attitude and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
Experience:
No experience required. We will train dependable candidates with strong work ethics and positive attitudes. 
Schedule:
-Full-time and part-time positions available
