Lure Fish House is hiring Food Runners/Prebusser. We are looking for individuals who want to work and be a part of a great team. Lure Fish House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh and sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Join our Team Today!



Requirements

Food Runner/Prebusser Responsibilities:

As a food runner/prebusser your responsibility is to ensure that food is prepared accurately to how the guest ordered it, is presented according to Lure Fish House standards, has proper accoutrements, and is delivered on time according to the pace of the meal. Pre-buss tables throughout the meal.

Run food to guest's table

Pre-buss tables "Full hands in full hands out"

Ability to memorize seat numbers & pivot points

Ability to memorize the floor chart

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Interact with guests professionally

Light cleaning

Restroom checks

Must be able to run the window with minimal or no supervision at all.

Must have superior knowledge of our menu items to ensure Quality Checks throughout the entire shift


Food Runner/Prebusser Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with guests
