Job description

We are seeking an experienced Master V to contribute to our fish farming operations in Cone Bay, Western Australia. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills, operational expertise, and the ability to inspire and guide a team in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Safely operate and manage vessel operations in compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Oversee mooring, towing pens, and installation of nets and pen rigging.
  • Coordinate crane operations and rigging activities.
  • Ensure smooth fish farming operations, including pen maintenance and site logistics.
  • Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.

What you will need:

  • Master V & MED 2 (Essential)
  • Crane operation tickets
  • Proven experience in:
    • Rigging and mooring
    • Fish farming operations
    • Towing pens and installing nets
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.

What you will receive:

  • 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
  • $8,000 annual travel allowance
  • Meals and accommodation provided during roster
  • Opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment
