The DAPO Group is looking for a motivated, dependable, and client-focused Real Estate Agent Partner to join our growing real estate team serving clients across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
This role is perfect for a licensed agent who enjoys working with buyers, loves being in the field, and wants consistent opportunities without having to generate all of their own leads from scratch. You will play a key role in helping clients tour homes, experience the market firsthand, and move confidently toward making an offer.
Responsibilities
• Show homes to buyer clients throughout the Maryland & DC area
• Coordinate and confirm showing appointments, home inspections, and walkthroughs
• Provide professional, warm, and knowledgeable service during tours
• Communicate buyer feedback and insights to the lead agent/team
• Support clients throughout the home search process
• Keep notes on properties, client reactions, and next steps
• Assist with open houses when needed
• Represent the team brand with professionalism and care
Qualifications
• Active real estate license in Maryland or DC, or ability to obtain one quickly
• Strong people skills and a service-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout Maryland or DC
• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and responsiveness
