Position Responsibilities:

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager and oversee key aspects of day-to-day operations, including:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations, ensuring FOH and BOH teams follow company standards and deliver top-tier service.
  • Hiring & Training: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.
  • Guest Experience: Be present on the floor, interact with guests, and address service concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health department regulations.
  • Labor & Scheduling: Help manage labor targets and adjust schedules based on business needs.
  • Meetings & Communication: Lead pre-shift meetings and team training sessions to maintain alignment and boost morale.
Position Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with POS, scheduling, and reservation systems (Toast and/or Dolce a plus!)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, and reaching overhead
