Student Administrative Assistant III_On-Campus FWS

Work Hours - During Standard Business Hours (M-F 8am-5pm)

Department Bio - GW Dining operates the on-campus dining program at GW. The GW Dining Team oversees 3 all-you-care-to-eat dining halls, 12+ retail locations, and much more.

Position Specific Summary - GW Dining is looking to hire temporary student staff to assist with office admin tasks for the first month of the semester. Key Responsibilities: Daily data entry and record keeping, Answering incoming phone calls, Providing quality customer service, Other duties and special projects as assigned, based on specific departmental needs.

Standard Position Description - The student will serve as an administrative assistant and perform tasks to support the operations of the office or department with limited oversight while completing assignments, projects, and duties. Tasks may also include: lead and organize administrative functions for mid to large scale programs, projects, or events, serve as a key point of contact for departmental inquiries, assist in the management of department or program communications and data entry/reporting, and/or provide oversight and support for student staff and other administrative tasks. Special projects or duties may be assigned related to specific office needs.

Required Qualifications - Previous skills, training, or experience is required.
