  • Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 - $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
  • Schedule You'll Love:
    • Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week
    • No late nights. No Sundays!

What You'll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

  • Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
  • Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
  • Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
  • Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Basic geography knowledge is a plus
  • Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
  • Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
