Job description

 Vehicle Service Technician (VST) Associate

Location: Mesa, Arizona

We provide end-to-end medical transportation as well as fire services, integrated healthcare solutions, and disaster response.

Job Summary

The Vehicle Service Technician (VST) Associate provides a wide variety of clerical and office duties to include ordering, phone calls, emails, customer services and various administrative tasks. Some information by be confidential material. Frequent communication with both internal and external stakeholders to assist and provide strong customer services to all stakeholders. Knowledge of conflict resolution and deescalation is preferred. Works to prepare correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.

Essential Functions/Duties

- Typing, filing, ordering, inventorying support services supplies including uniform items.

- Write letters and correspondence as needed.

- Maintains files on correspondence in all aspects of the job assignments including the employee database management system.

- Answers telephones, screens calls, and takes messages.

- Maintains reports and records.

- Assists in collecting data as needed.

- Assists employees with sizing and ordering of all uniform items.

- Responsible for all paperwork and required documentation related to uniforms including inventory replenishment.

Qualifications

-Education

High School Diploma

Associate’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

Two (2) years in related field (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook (MS Office 365).

- General knowledge of POS (point of sale) and electronic credit card systems.

- Self-starter with thoughtful decision-making processes.

- Ability to work under time constraints.

- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Credentials/Licenses

- Valid State Driver’s License
