Powder Paint Line (Inspector/Packer) – 1st Shift

Location: Ad-Tech Industries – Powder Coating Department

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM

What You'll Do

We're looking for dependable people to join our Powder Paint team! No previous powder coating experience is required-we will train you.

In this job, you'll inspect painted parts and package them for our customers. You'll help make sure every part leaving our facility meets our quality standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Inspect painted parts for scratches, missed paint, or other defects.
  • Remove good parts from the line and package them correctly.
  • Set aside parts that need to be repaired or repainted.
  • Touch up small paint defects when needed.
  • Complete simple production paperwork.
  • Keep your work area clean and safe.
  • Follow safety rules and wear required protective equipment.
  • Help in other departments when needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Reach, bend, stretch, and move parts throughout the day.
  • Work around moving conveyor lines.
Work Environment
  • Clean manufacturing facility.
  • Painted parts may be warm when handled.
  • Gloves, safety glasses, and other protective equipment are provided.
  • Fans are available to help keep the work area comfortable.
  • Overtime may be available depending on production needs.
