Job Description:

About the Role:

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Handpack/Downtown Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
  • Manually packaging finished goods
  • Setting up and adjusting line equipment
  • Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19/hour on 1st shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday - Friday or 5:00am-3:00pm, Monday - Thursday depending on which building you're working in.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
