Position Overview
OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
Orangetheory Fitness Coaches are the center of what makes Orangetheory Fitness the best workout in the world. You will be responsible for delivering our workouts to an outstanding standard and navigating the entire class experience from start to finish to suit all fitness levels. You will constantly motivate our members to succeed and ensure the member experience is one-of-a-kind, every time.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:
  • Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
  • Help members set and achieve goals
  • Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent
  • Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
  • Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
  • Be a team player
Requirements
  • No degree is needed. We do require, you hold and maintain, a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NCSF, ACSM, NSCA -must be NCCA accredited) and current CPR/AED certification.
  • Required to to complete an in-person On-Microphone interview, Online course modules provided by OTF, In-Person shadowing, class attendance and a final On-Mic test.
