Hourly Pay Range: $16-$18 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow.
  • Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten.
  • Support childrenโ€™s social and emotional development.
  • Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum.
  • Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families.

Requirements

  • Passion for working with young children.
  • At least 18-years-old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Lead teachers will need a BA in ECE or AA with commitment to completing BA.
  • Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
