Pay & Shift Information

  • 1st shift  assembly starts at $17/hour 
  • Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance—up to $1.75 increase in first year
  • 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Assembles all cabinets in product line with both speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Operates necessary equipment including but not limited to; air powered staple guns, hot melt glue machines, routers, screw guns, etc.
  • Maintains accuracy of materials.
  • Performs quality inspections on product as directed and performs minor repairs/touch ups if applicable.
  • Documents project and delivery records, labels accurately.
  • Performs computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
  • Maintains area according to 5S policy.

  • Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner.
  • Ability to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.
