1st shift CNC Machinist pay is based on experience A well-established company in Blue Ash, OH is looking for CNC Machine Operator. Full-Time, 1st Shift Available. Position overview: Responsibilities: • Ability to work in a fast paced every changing group of businesses within the Aerospace Industry.

• A member of the company(s) Engineering Department reporting to the Engineering Manager. • Hands-on set-up of CNC machines to perform machining on customer products. • Inspect 1st article CNC machined products to ensure they are meeting customer requirements.

• Use prints, process sheets, and travelers to determine correct tooling and fixturing needs in the business. • Work with engineers and operators on various shop improvement projects. • Train operators in Safety and Quality when working with CNC equipment.

• Help manage and improve the company’s Tooling and Fixturing Database working with Engineering / Operational resources. • Initial responsibilities will be to evaluate company and customer test fixtures used in our processes and develop calibration prints for each fixture. • Individual at times will have to help support the operation by running customer parts (25%) Requirements: • Experience with Tooling and Fixturing a necessary skillset.

• Must be able to read customer drawings and sketches containing multiple views and sections. • Must have the ability to accurately measure and perform all quality inspections throughout the process. • Ability to use calipers, micrometers, surface table heigh gauges, dial indicators, gauge blocks and gauge pins.
