Respiratory Therapist Part-Time โ€“ 1st Shift

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Deliver personalized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans
  • Partner with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to support wholeโ€‘person care
  • Manage and monitor respiratory equipment (oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, airway clearance devices)
  • Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and help shape residentโ€‘specific goals
  • Train staff on respiratory techniques, equipment use, and safety
  • Support residents returning from hospital stays and track progress to ensure strong outcomes
