Warehouse Order Picker

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our energetic team. As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for following work orders to pull products, using RF scanners, and prepare items for shipment. This role requires physical stamina, a fast pace, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The right candidate will be dependable, goal-driven, and a team player who takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Picking: Follow work orders to accurately pick products using RF scanners and ensure proper handling throughout the process.
  • Product Handling: Place picked items on a conveyor belt or build pallets for shipment. You may also remove items from conveyors to build skids and prepare them for shipment.
  • Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks that include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and maintaining a fast pace throughout the shift.
  • Minimal Supervision: Work with minimal oversight, taking full responsibility for your tasks. Must be a self-starter who can stay focused and productive.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including handling heavy items, using equipment properly, and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Work Ethic: This position requires dedication and commitment—candidates should demonstrate strong attendance, a fast work pace, and an eagerness to stay productive without distractions.
Qualifications:
  • Recent Warehouse Experience: Must have at least 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse environment, including order picking, packing, or similar roles.
  • Forklift/Tow Motor Experience: Forklift or tow motor experience is required.
  • RF Scanner Experience: Experience with RF scanners is highly preferred, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Self-Motivated and Reliable: Must be dependable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent Work History: Must have a consistent employment history with a strong record of attendance and reliability.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred for order tracking and communication purposes.
