About the Practice & Culture

Are you tired of standard "15-minute med check" conveyor belts? At Colorado Psychiatry Solutions, we are transforming outpatient mental health by leading the region in advanced, evidence-based neuromodulation and interventional treatments. We specialize in treating complex and treatment-resistant conditions, offering our clinicians an opportunity to expand their toolkits far beyond standard pharmacology.

Advanced Modalities: We cross-train and support our clinicians in advanced tools, including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and Ketamine Infusion therapies.

True Professional Support:

Work alongside an integrated, multidisciplinary team including a veteran Board-Certified Psychiatrist specializing in neuropsychiatric interventions, a dual board-certified Family & Addiction Medicine CMO, experienced RNs, specialized TMS technicians, and dedicated Care Coordinators who handle administrative friction (billing, prior authorizations, and scheduling).

Clinical Autonomy & Community Impact:

Enjoy highly collaborative, supportive leadership with an active focus on serving our local military veterans, first responders, adolescents (ages 14+), and community servants.

Core Responsibilities

As a highly valued member of our medical team, you will drive the clinical implementation of integrated treatment plans for patients navigating complex psychiatric conditions.

  • Integrative Prescribing: Manage psychotropic medications with an emphasis on long-term harm reduction and evidence-based interventions.
  • Internal Referrals: Directly utilize and refer to our advanced in-house neuromodulation protocols (TMS/Ketamine) for expedited patient recovery.
  • Collaborative Practice: Work in close partnership with our medical directors, physicians, therapists, and medical support staff while guiding clinical support teams.
  • Holistic Approach: Incorporate trauma history, metabolic psychiatry considerations (lifestyle, nutrition, weight management), and psychosocial factors into patient care.
  • Efficient Operations: Maintain timely, accurate charting within our EHR system completed within 48 business hours.

  • Active, unrestricted Colorado Physician Assistant (PA) license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, Not a Dealbreaker)

  • Prior experience treating complex, treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions.
  • Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Psychiatry for PAs.

  • Ability to maintain strong clinical boundaries and strict patient confidentiality.
  • Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and compassionate communication skills.
