Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support across various services.
• Act as a first responder for crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Engage in targeted community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness, educate the public about available resources, and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively connect with clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with a variety of populations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community mental health setting and familiarity with telehealth services.
• Prior experience with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community outreach and mental health education initiatives.
