Job description

Control-Link Operator

The Musco Services Team has an opening for a Control-Link Operator at our Oskaloosa office. This position will focus on providing Control-Link customer support through the call center. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Schedule: Monday-Wednesday & Saturday-Sunday 4:00pm-12:00am

Essential Criteria:

  • At least one year of previous work experience in customer service is preferred
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and email experience required
  • High school diploma or completed GED
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong telephone communications skills
  • Ability to work alone, independently with little or no supervision
  • Analytical – proven problem solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Scoreboard and Musco products and services a plus
  • Self motivated, dependable and detail oriented
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Good team player

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support by phone
  • Enter new lighting schedules
  • Troubleshoot Control-Link customer problems
  • Log inbound calls for reporting and billing purposes
  • Provide daytime support to Control-Link staff
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking existing control units
  • Train and educate new customers in the use of Control-Link
  • Provide customer feedback to internal Control-Link team to assist in development of processes and procedures
