What You'll Do

  • Call Takers: Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, collect critical information, guide callers through immediate steps, and ensure crews get the right details fast.
  • Dispatchers: Monitor and direct units in real time, maintain optimal coverage across our service area, and keep teams connected and informed on the move.

Qualifications

  • Previous call center or dispatch experience preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Must have the ability to work and multi-task in a stressful environment.
  • Able to work as a team as well as independently.


Testing is required to measure the following skills

  • Must possess strong typing skills.
  • Must exhibit strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
