UACL Logistics is actively recruiting CDL-A Owner Operators nationwide for both Van
and Flatbed divisions. As a 1099 independent contractor within the UACL network, you'll have access to consistent freight across regional, OTR, and dedicated lanes — backed by one of the strongest agent bases in the industry. Whether you run dry van or flatbed, UACL gives you the flexibility to build your operation your way while keeping more of every dollar you earn.

Compensation and Pay Structure:

Van Division:
? 67% of linehaul with UACL trailer rental (8% trailer rental rate)
? Up to 75% of linehaul by switching to a weekly flat trailer rental rate

Flatbed Division:
? 75% of linehaul
? Weekly flat rate trailer rental available if you don't own a flatbed

Actual weekly gross varies based on freight lane, customer, and preferred operation
style — regional, OTR, or dedicated.

Sign-On Bonus:
? $5,000 Sign-On Bonus paid directly to the truck
