Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Silver Spring, MD to run a Northeast fleet that provides consistent weekly home time, strong mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturdays and Sundays.

What this lane offers:

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus
  • $0.80–$0.85 per mile
  • Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
  • Average 1,500 miles per week (depending on hours and freight availability)
  • Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
  • Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
  • Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
  • Late-model tractors: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off (PTO)
  • Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
  • Additional stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
  • Long Island delivery pay: $65

  • Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
  • Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but is not required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
  • Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
