Calhoun Families First Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in Warner Robins, Georgia. This full-time position allows for remote working while providing essential mental health services to a variety of clients, with an emphasis on youth. As an LPC at our center, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining an active caseload of clients, building therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their progress, stability, and to plan any appropriate discharges.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Keeping comprehensive documentation and progress notes for every client interaction in our secure electronic health record system.
• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand the unique histories and needs of new clients.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly to ensure consistent progress and support.
• Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional practice and feedback.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Embracing a growth mindset, welcoming constructive criticism, and seeking out continuous professional development opportunities.

Our clinic primarily focuses on youth mental health, encompassing a diverse population facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a proactive role in addressing these concerns, providing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with our younger clients.

The ideal candidate for this LPC position will possess:

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia.
• The ability to meet external and internal credentialing requirements pertinent to the clinical setting.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and knowledge in electronic health records.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, we particularly value applicants with:

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric populations or substance abuse clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in both assessment and diagnosis, as well as conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
• A history of working in collaborative healthcare environments.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
