We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests as they arrive and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression.

  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using the reservation system or seating chart.

  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas.

  • Communicate accurately with servers and managers regarding guest needs and table availability.

  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide restaurant information as needed.

  • Assist with special requests such as seating arrangements or guest accommodations.

  • Monitor dining room flow and coordinate seating to maximize efficiency.
