Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Melting Pot of Kansas City is hiring Hospitality Specialists (Hosts). Hosts are responsible for providing the Perfect Night Out® throughout a guest's dining experience. Must be positive, hard-working, well-spoken, confident, dependable, and chocked full of integrity.
Hosts take reservations by phone and answer guests' questions. They are the first and last person a guest sees at The Melting Pot! Hosts manage the seating at the restaurant to give every guest a perfect experience. They also stock retail shelves, make floral bouquets, clean tables, and do other misc tasks.
We are a high-volume restaurant that specializes in fondue. We are looking for individuals with P.M. availability who can start immediately. Must be available weekends, evenings. Sundays and Mondays mandatory.
