The Opportunity

Advantage HQ already generates significant inbound demand. We have a large CRM, strong client results, meaningful market credibility, an established setter team, and a growing sales organization.

However, our B2B marketing engine is still fragmented.

Too many valuable leads receive insufficient follow-up. Our case studies and industry knowledge are not distributed consistently. Our CRM is underutilized. Content, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and sales outreach are not yet operating as one coordinated revenue system.

We are hiring a Director of Demand Generation to build and own that system.

What You’ll OwnBuild the demand generation strategy

You will create the company’s B2B demand generation plan, define priority segments and buyer profiles, determine which channels and campaigns deserve investment, and establish clear targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

You will work closely with the Founder and VP of Sales to ensure marketing is built around the brands we actually want to acquire, rather than simply generating the cheapest possible leads.

Turn the CRM into a revenue engine

You will lead the segmentation, reactivation, and nurturing of our existing database.

This includes building differentiated journeys for new inbound leads, dormant prospects, no-shows, lost opportunities, former clients, and high-value accounts that require longer-term development.

You will use CRM data, sales-call transcripts, case studies, and account research to make follow-up more relevant and personalized.

Improve inbound quality and conversion

You will analyze which campaigns, messages, audiences, and offers generate real commercial outcomes.

You will improve landing pages, qualification flows, lead routing, nurture programs, and retargeting so that our sales team receives more high-quality opportunities and fewer poorly matched inquiries.

You must be comfortable eliminating campaigns that produce attractive surface-level metrics but weak revenue.

Build the B2B content and case-study engine

Advantage HQ has access to a significant amount of proprietary data, client results, market insight, and founder expertise. Your responsibility will be to turn those assets into content that earns the attention of senior consumer-brand executives.

You will oversee the production and distribution of founder-led content, case studies, executive emails, research, webinars, sales materials, and account-specific campaigns.

The objective is not simply to produce more content. It is to build authority, create demand, and help sales close larger and better clients.

Align marketing with setters and sales

You will work directly with the setter and sales teams to ensure that leads are prioritized correctly, outreach reflects the prospect’s actual situation, and marketing programs support active opportunities.

You will create a clear feedback loop between marketing and sales, using meeting quality, opportunity conversion, lost reasons, and customer quality to continuously improve the demand generation system.

Who You Are

You are a commercially minded B2B marketer who understands that marketing exists to create revenue, not activity.

You have built or operated demand generation programs for a B2B company selling complex, high-value services or software. You understand CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, content, account-based marketing, and sales alignment well enough to connect them into one system.

You are both strategic and hands-on. You can diagnose a funnel, write a campaign brief, review messaging, inspect CRM workflows, analyze performance, and manage execution without requiring a large team.

You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information. You use AI aggressively to increase the speed and quality of research, analysis, content production, personalization, and campaign execution.

Most importantly, you take ownership. You do not wait for perfect instructions, and you do not confuse producing work with producing results.

Experience We Value

• Significant experience in B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing
• Experience generating pipeline from U.S. or international enterprise buyers
• Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
• Experience working closely with setters, SDRs, account executives, or closers
• Evidence of measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Experience in agencies, professional services, SaaS, martech, advertising, or adjacent industries
• Strong written communication and analytical ability
• Experience managing small teams, contractors, or cross-functional execution

Compensation & Location

• $150,000 - $280,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
• Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
• We are open to candidates globally, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Philippines.
• We care far more about ownership, judgment, and execution than geography.
