Overview

Publicis Media's Talent team is seeking a Director to support with driving people initiatives across a wide range of client groups within the Publicis Zenith brand. The Director will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day Talent function and drive programs and initiatives for around 1500+ employees. Not only will you work in lock step with your core Talent team and internal client teams; but you will also work with the broader Publicis Media Talent Team on initiatives to cultivate our unique culture and people practices.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that support business goals, client demands and organizational growth
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives to enhance the leadership pipeline.
  • Identify and accelerate high-potential talent while addressing gaps with targeted development or hiring strategies
  • Identify team and organizational issues and apply solutions to improve collaboration.
  • Lead change management for business transformation, client shifts, or operational changes.
  • Proactively mitigate risk through strong coaching, documentation, and early intervention
  • Translate people data (engagement, attrition, performance) into actionable insights for leaders
  • Oversee employee relations matters and investigations to minimize organizational risk
  • Help drive people initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition and talent management
  • Advise and respond quickly to management needs regarding general Talent & HR issues
  • Work with the Talent, leadership, and client teams to implement people and culture programs that align with our Agency's mission, vision, values, and objectives
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Willing to go that extra mile to deliver high quality output
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate must have strong organizational skills
  • Experience managing and/or mentoring team members
  • Experience/Skill: 10+ Years in the Human Resources field in a similar role

 Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $194,220.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
