Requirements

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only sales role designed for self-motivated professionals who value flexibility, independence, and unlimited earning potential. While contractors maintain control over their schedule and daily activity, consistent performance and participation expectations are required to remain in good standing.

Performance Expectations
  • Meet minimum monthly production expectations by successfully closing at least one merchant account per calendar month
  • Maintain active engagement in business development and merchant prospecting activities
  • Attend required weekly sales and performance meetings (virtual)
  • Participate in recurring one‑on‑one coaching/accountability meetings with leadership
  • Maintain professional communication and responsiveness with management, merchants, and team members
  • Demonstrate consistent effort toward pipeline development, follow‑up activity, and closing opportunities
  • Accurately complete and submit required onboarding or deal documentation promptly
  • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times while engaging with merchants and referral partners
Schedule & Flexibility
  • Part time commitment will not yield full‑time results - You'll need to put the time in, to find success in this role
  • Contractors maintain flexibility to determine their own schedule, territory, and prospecting strategy
