Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner
What will you will do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
1 year of Acute Care RN experience
BLS required
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
BSN is preferred
CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years. NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days
