Locations: Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MD
Base Salary: $250,000–$285,000 based on experience
Bonus: Up to $30,000 productivity bonus + $75,000 signing/retention bonus available
Support: Relocation assistance available
No nights. No weekends. No call. No hospital rounding. No inpatient work. Reasonable patient volume. Dedicated admin time. AI/scribe documentation support.
