  • Engage and oversee consultants and third parties for the fulfillment of duties as well as perform hands-on work designing and developing solutions
  • Partner with the business to drive continuous improvement in data governance practices, leading the implementation including leading education programs around data governance and data quality
  • Build cross-functional relationships to understand data needs and help projects and agile teams deliver on those needs

  • Strong understanding of data and information architecture
  • Direct hands-on experience designing and developing data solutions, particularly in a data architect or data modeler role, sufficient to actually perform these functions in periods of low demand when 3rd parties are not being utilized

  • Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization
  • Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities
  • Participation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resources
