Now Hiring: Commercial Solutions Banker

We're seeking a Commercial Solutions Banker to deliver a seamless, high-touch digital banking experience for our commercial clients while advancing our mission of a more inclusive and regenerative economy. You'll guide clients through a smooth and confident client experience by supporting with everyday digital banking needs, serving as a trusted resource from day one. Collaborating across teams, you'll manage communications, support client interactions, and contribute to growth in commercial deposits and treasury services.

What You'll Contribute:

Client Onboarding & Account Opening

  • Act as the primary contact for new commercial and business clients throughout the account opening process.
  • Open commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.
  • Guide clients through documentation requirements and assist in structuring accounts.
  • Support digital onboarding communications and ensure accurate, timely account setup.

Cash Management & Treasury Service Setup

  • Assist clients with setup and management of digital treasury services.
  • Deliver training and onboarding on digital platforms and tools to clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service implementation.

Digital Banking Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 service and technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking platforms.
  • Address troubleshooting of digital banking tools.
  • Monitor and respond to support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
  • Support call handling performance and drive digital channel engagement.

Relationship management & Servicing

  • Deliver a proactive, concierge-level experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.

The Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
